Our CONTROL class is a perfect place to start if you are new to our studio or Reformer Pilates. Our open level class focuses on improving the foundations of your pilates practice. Offering plenty of modifications and progressions to those that want more, this class is dedicated to teaching you the Ultra Pilates style. 

Just like our other classes, you will experience an energetic environment, and feel the burn throughout your whole body.

This class caters for all abilities, with options to adjust if you are injured or pregnant.

STRONG

THE VIBE ~ TAKE IT UP A GEAR

SKIP IT ~ IF YOU’RE INJURED OR NEW TO PILATES

Expect ~ 45 mins

Are you ready to take your pilates practice to the next level? Our STRONG class is for you! With a focus on strength based movement, you can expect more challenging exercises and spring options, plus the use of our dumbbells (ranging from 1 - 10kgs). This class is all about increasing your total body strength, so you can expect those full body shakes and to feel that muscle burn we know you all love! 

Regardless of your pilates experience, it is recommended that you complete at least 5x CONTROL classes at Ultra Pilates before booking into a STRONG class. 

Due to the minimal rest periods in this class a reasonable level of fitness is required. This class is not suited for people with injuries or pregnant clients.

Sweat

THE VIBE ~ LET’S GET SWEATY

Expect ~ 45 mins

Looking to add some spice to your Pilates practice? This is the class for you! 

SWEAT your way through 45 minutes of high intensity movement - using the Reformer, our Jumpboard apparatus and your own body weight. Expect non-stop movement, higher repetitions, and circuit-based flows, all with the intention of pushing your heart rate higher. 

This fun, fast paced workout is not for the faint-hearted, so be ready to find your limits, and push right past them! Due to the high heart rates experienced in this class, this class is not suitable for prenatal clients.

Jump

THE VIBE ~ Get your Sweat on

SKIP IT ~ IF YOU’RE INJURED OR PREGNANT 

Expect ~ 30 mins

Our JUMP class is all about completing a quick, yet effective workout. Only 30-minutes, this class will fit into your busy schedule, and leave your muscles screaming (for more). By adding in our Jump Board apparatus you’ll burn up to 500 calories in just one class! Talk about bang for buck!

Please ensure you are injury-free before booking into this class. Due to the high heart rates experienced in this class, this class is not suitable for prenatal clients.

fusion

THE VIBE ~ The best of both (Pilates) worlds

SUITABLE FOR ~ EVERYONE 

Expect ~ 45 mins

Ready to try something new? Our FUSION class will encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and put your Pilates practice to the challenge. Expect, a 50/50 spilt between MAT and REFORMER exercises. Our FUSION class combines the best of both Pilates modalities to help elevate your balance, stability and strength. Just like our other classes, you will experience an energetic environment, and feel the burn throughout your whole body. This class caters for all abilities, with options to adjust if you are injured or pregnant. 


SPECIALITY SESSIONS

Prenatal

SUITABLE FOR ~ any stage of pregnancy

Expect ~ 45 mins

Let our trainers look out for you and your bub! We have specifically tailored our Prenatal classes to ensure your body stays controlled and coordinated during this exciting time. 

Our expert instructors are able to guide you safely through our Reformer Pilates movements, preparing you for bub’s delivery, as well as your return to your complete Pilates practice postpartum. We want you to feel prepared for bub’s delivery and what comes after! 

We understand your body changes week to week during pregnancy, so know that plenty of options are provided throughout class to either reduce or increase the intensity of each exercise. If you are experiencing any complications throughout pregnancy we encourage you to get clearance to exercise from a registered medical professional before attending.

Mums & Bubs

THE VIBE ~ ease your way into it

SUITABLE FOR ~ New Mums & their little ones

Expect ~ 45 mins

Our MUMS & BUBS class is for our new mums, offering extra support as you return to pilates after your gorgeous bub’s delivery. These classes are aimed at helping you as a MUM with your postpartum recovery. So expect flows designed to improve your strength and alignment in key areas so you can feel confident on the Reformer, with the aim of returning to our CONTROL or STRONG classes. 

These classes also offer the opportunity to meet some local mums, and get your workout in without organising a babysitter, (our instructors will gladly give cuddles and help with bub if needed).

Bubs up to 12 months old welcome. We ask that you receive your medical clearance from a registered professional before participating.


PRIVATE SESSIONS

Feel as though you need an extra special touch? Our private classes will team you up with one of our expert instructors and allow you to work on your own specific goals. This is a fantastic option for clients who require help refining their Reformer Pilates movements, require injury-specific rehabilitation, or just need that extra attention during their Pilates practice. Whatever your goals are, we can help you achieve them.
