Studio Policies

Classes may only be used by the individual booked into the class.

There is a maximum of 10 participants per group class, this includes our ‘Specialty’ classes.

Clients must be 16 years or older to participate.

Our instructors maintain the right to refuse entry to a class if you arrive 10 minutes after the class has commenced. This ensures you are adequately warmed up so we can ensure safe exercise, and reduce class disturbance.

Mobile phones are not to be used during class. However, we encourage selfies, hashtags and check-ins before and after class.

Our group classes follow the strict policy of no children, with the exception of our Mums + Bubs and Private classes. Clients who bring children to our regular group classes will be refused entry.

To all our pregnant clients; you are able to attend all Ultra Pilates classes up until the end of your first trimester (12 weeks). For the remainder of your pregnancy, you can only attend Control, Prenatal or Private classes to ensure yours and little bub's safety.

Wipes are provided at the end of every class to uphold our gorgeous studio's hygiene. Please assist our instructors and wipe down your reformer.

Please ensure medical clearance has been provided for any injuries, conditions or pregnancies, before your first session.

Purchasing

Our 'Starter Pass' can only be used once by each new client. The 'Starter Pass' expires within 14-days from the first booked class.

Payment is required prior to booking into any class offered at Ultra Pilates. Class attendance will not be permitted without an active pass. To purchase a pass, you will need to create a profile. This can be completed online, via our Ultra Pilates App, or in-studio with our staff. When creating a profile, you will be asked to store a credit card on file. This will allow for easier purchasing next time. Please note, your card details are securely stored, and your card will never be charged without your consent.

Refunds are not permitted on any of the passes offered at Ultra Pilates. Exceptions will be made for injuries or medical conditions should adequate certification be provided.

Bookings

The easiest way to manage your bookings is via our app! Click here to download the UP App.

To avoid missing out, you must book into a class before attending. You are able to book  7 days in advance to ensure you can plan your workouts and secure a spot in your preferred class.

How to Book -  firstly make sure you have a valid pass, refer to purchases if you need assistance with this. Once you have a valid pass, view our schedule and choose the class you wish to book into. By simply clicking on your desired class and pressing the "book class" button you will be added to the class. You can then choose to save your booked class times to your calendar so you don't forget to attend.

Waitlist - Don't be upset if your preferred class is full, we offer a waitlist system. By placing yourself on the waitlist, you will be notified by text or email as soon as a spot becomes available. Should your reply YES to the text/email, you will confirm your place in the class, and a session will be deducted from your pass just as it would for a normal booking. If you no longer wish to attend the waitlisted class, simply reply NO to the text/email and the next person on the waitlist will be offered the place.

Class levels

As a first time participant you must book into a CONTROL class. Ultra Pilates offers a Dynamic Reformer Pilates class in a different environment, meaning even if you are a Pilates expert, you will be required to familiarise yourself with our studio and style of teaching, before booking into our more advanced levels.

At Ultra Pilates we understand that not everybody is the same, and to ensure we cater for individual needs, we offer a number of levels. We encourage you to read our class descriptions here or through the schedule on the UP app, to choose the class that suits you best. Remember the 45 minute class is your time, so we want to make sure your exercise needs are met!

If you are worried about what level suits you best, simply contact us at hello@ultrapilates.com.au or 0409 657 523 and chat to one of our expert staff.

Cancellation Policy

Group Classes: Cancellations must be made 10-hours prior to your class starting to avoid the forfeiting of your session. Cancellations can be made online via our Schedule Page or the UP App. If you cancel within this time frame you will be charged a $10.00 fee. Please know this fee is manually added to your account, so if something out of the ordinary has occurred, we ask that you message us directly to avoid this charge.

Private Classes: A strict 24-hour policy applies for the cancellation of private classes. Please cancel online or contact the Studio on 0409 657 523.

No-Show Policy

In the event you miss a class that you have booked into, you will be charged for the class as though you attended. To avoid being charged, we recommend you cancel yourself out of the class within 10-hours of it starting. Our no-show policy is in place to keep it fair and ensure all clients have the best opportunity to participate in a class.

Schedule / trainer Changes

We try to keep our schedule as regular as possible, however, sometimes things change. For any schedule and/or trainer changes, we aim to provide our clients with 1 weeks’ notice via our schedule. In the case of an emergency, some changes may be made within this 2-week period.
