We’re excited to announce PROGRAMMED CLASSES are launching on Monday 5th May 2025. Each class is intentionally crafted to deliver real, lasting results, both on and off the reformer.

We’ve taken the hard work out of planning your weekly classes, as our schedule has been expertly crafted in a 9-day cycle, across an 8-week progressive program. This means you’ll see the same class offered for every class time on the same day, and week to week these classes will progress in exercise choice and intensity to ultimately deliver you results.

Over the last 3 years, we’ve built a strong like minded community at Ultra Pilates. As you’ve grown and evolved, we’ve decided our Pilates classes need to keep up. By offering programmed classes we believe we can deliver you results both on the reformer and off it! By programming classes each day we can also ensure all instructors are delivering you the UP burn we all love consistently.

Whether your goal is to tone up, prevent injury, or simply feel stronger and more confident, this fusion approach gives you the best of both worlds.

YES! We love welcoming our mums to be in all of our classes assuming you have an ‘uncomplicated’ pregnancy. You are welcome to join our classes at any point throughout your pregnancy, however we would encourage you to talk to a Women’s Health Physio before attending your first session if you haven’t attended a class with us before.

We’ve given our MUMS & BUBS classes a well deserved ‘glow up’. Our MUMS & BUBS classes will follow a 4-week progressive program, specifically designed to assist our mums return to their Pilates practice after welcoming their new bundle of joy. Mums can expect classes that deliver the Ultra Pilates burn, as well as classes that focus on upper body posture to assist with feeding, fundamental core movements to assist in abdominal wall rehabilitation.
